So, instead, here is a video of our fine Mayor hard at work bullying the City Council into voting for one of his tax increases. Note that Daley calls out Rookie Second Ward Alderman Bob Fioretti. You may hear laughter and see Chicago Corporation Counsel Mara Georges gazing lovingly up at Boss Daley, but this was no tender moment...Fioretti hasn't voted against any of Daley's proposals since. Democracy at its finest!
